This year's Romance Writers of America conference is in Dallas, Texas. I registered when I got my tax return. Unfortunately, I didn't register soon enough to get a spot in the conference hotel. I tried to register at the alternate hotel, and it's full on two of the days. So, I did my own searching and I'm in another hotel about a mile away. Kind of sad about that, but I'm looking for a roommate, and if I don't find one, I still have a hotel. So that's something. Labels: writing conferences
I'm looking forward to it. I enjoy the RWA conference. It's great to hang out with other writers, and to meet people I only interact with online. I like the inspiration I get in the classes. And I love all the freebies. :) Yes, conference is fun.
